Product Introduction

The  Secondary  Spring Tensioned Belt  Cleaner is designed for efficient removal of residual material after the primary belt cleaner, helping reduce carryback, material spillage and routine conveyor maintenance. Featuring a robust steel frame, segmented cleaning blades, removable blade cartridges and adjustable spring tensioners, it maintains consistent contact with the belt for reliable secondary cleaning performance. Available with tungsten carbide or polyurethane blades, the cleaner can be configured for different materials, belt conditions and operating environments. Its compact and service-friendly design makes it suitable for mining, coal handling, aggregates, cement, sand and gravel, and other bulk material conveying applications. It can also be used on reversing conveyors and combined with a primary cleaner to form a complete multi-stage belt cleaning system.

1.Segmented Blade Design
The segmented blade structure allows individual blade sections to maintain effective contact with the belt and makes worn sections easy to replace. The removable cartridge design also simplifies maintenance and reduces service time.

2. Adjustable Spring Tensioning
The spring tensioner provides consistent cleaning pressure and helps maintain effective belt contact as the blade wears. The tensioning system can be configured for push-up or pull-up installation.

3. Carbide & Polyurethane Blade Options
Different blade materials allow the cleaner to be matched to different applications. Tungsten carbide blades provide high wear resistance, while polyurethane blades are suitable for applications requiring a more flexible cleaning edge. Food-grade and high-temperature polyurethane options are also available in the Y-Type range.

4. Compact & Easy-Service Structure
The compact structure is designed for installation after the head pulley while requiring relatively limited installation space. The removable blade cartridge allows blades to be serviced or replaced efficiently.
