This segmented tungsten carbide scraper blade matches secondary heavy-duty cleaner, installed on the return belt behind the discharge pulley. It delivers powerful secondary cleaning for highly adhesive sludge and stubborn carryback materials.
Manufactured from tungsten carbide alloy, the blade features outstanding wear resistance and strong cleaning capacity. Equipped with double-row independent self-adjusting modules, the height of each blade segment can be adjusted separately. It can adapt to slight belt deviation and maintain reliable contact between blade and belt surface. 

Each module owns elastic buffer function; blades can yield automatically when meeting belt joints or material lumps, minimizing risks of blade breakage and belt abrasion.

Max allowable belt speed ≤5m/s, applicable belt width ranging from 650mm to 2000mm. It is commonly combined with primary cleaners to build multi-stage cleaning systems, widely used in coal washing plants, aggregate yards, mines and other sites with severe material carryback.
 
Distinction reminder: This tungsten blade is designed specially for secondary heavy-duty cleaners on return belts. Although the blade material is the same as secondary double blade cleaner, the module structure and layout are different, so the whole set cannot be interchanged. It also differs from secondary torque cleaners and secondary ceramic cleaners in structure and application, please select properly.
