Product Introduction

The Self-Powered Conveyor Belt Tracker is an intelligent automatic belt alignment device designed to continuously detect and correct conveyor belt deviation during operation. By utilizing the mechanical energy generated from the moving conveyor belt itself, the system operates without external power supply, electrical wiring, or additional control equipment.

The self-powered conveyor belt tracker is available in two configurations: Upper Belt Tracker (Carry Side Tracker) and Lower Belt Tracker (Return Side Tracker), providing effective belt alignment solutions for both the loaded carrying side and the empty return side of conveyor systems.

The Upper Self-Powered Belt Tracker is installed on the carrying side of the conveyor to correct belt deviation caused by uneven material loading, belt tension imbalance, and improper alignment of conveyor components. It helps maintain stable material transportation and prevents belt edge damage.

The Lower Self-Powered Belt Tracker is installed on the return side of the conveyor to control empty belt wandering, reduce belt friction against the conveyor structure, and improve the overall stability of the conveyor system.

When belt misalignment occurs, the sensing rollers detect the lateral movement of the belt and activate the self-powered adjustment mechanism. The tracking idler automatically rotates to generate a corrective force, guiding the belt back to the center position without manual adjustment.

Compared with traditional belt tracking devices, the self-powered conveyor belt tracker provides a more energy-efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly solution. It requires no external power source or complex maintenance system, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications in mining, coal handling, ports, power plants, cement plants, steel mills, and aggregate industries.
