The heavy-duty compact V-shaped return correction device has been patented and is designed specifically for heavy-duty V-shaped return belts with low clearance height.
The compact V-shaped return structure provides excellent performance, without the need to flatten the conveyor belt before installing the correction device, and can be placed in a limited space with adjustable installation width.The standard configuration is a 10 degree angle, compatible with belts with angles of 5-15 degrees.
The steel end cap pressed into the bearing seat can serve as an "oil blocking ring" to seal and prevent material from entering
Independent idler, easy to replace. When the conical idler installed separately on the central pivot experiences wear, it can be replaced separately.
Covered with high abrasion resistant natural rubber, polyurethane, or flame-retardant adhesive.
