-Conical roller body: usually made of high-quality steel pipes or cast iron, with a certain degree of taper, generally 1:10 to 1:20, which can generate lateral movement force during the operation of the belt and achieve automatic centering.
 -Adhesive layer: The material is mostly polyurethane or rubber. Polyurethane coating has good wear resistance and oil resistance; Rubber encapsulation has good elasticity and low cost. The thickness of the adhesive layer is usually 5-15mm, and the surface can be made into diamond shaped, herringbone shaped and other patterns to increase friction.
 -Shaft and bearings: The shaft is generally made of 45 # steel or stainless steel, which has high strength and resistance to bending. Bearings commonly use rolling bearings, such as 6204, 6305, etc., and are equipped with labyrinth seals, with a protection level of up to IP65, which can effectively prevent dust and water.
 Working principle
 When the belt deviates, the deviated belt will come into contact with one side of the conical rubber roller. Due to the conical structure of the roller, the belt experiences a force directed towards the center of the belt at the contact point. At the same time, the rotation of the roller will cause the linear velocity of the belt to vary at different diameter positions, and the frictional force generated will also push the belt towards the center, thereby achieving automatic correction and maintaining the smooth operation of the belt.

 

-Good centering performance: can effectively correct belt deviation problems, reduce belt edge wear, improve belt service life, and reduce maintenance costs.
 -Buffer and shock absorption: The coating layer has good elasticity, which can buffer the impact of materials on the belt, protect the belt and rollers, reduce equipment vibration, and lower noise.
 -Wear resistant and corrosion-resistant: The coating layer and roller body material have high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to harsh working environments such as mines, power plants, and steel mills.
 -Flexible operation: Using high-quality bearings and sealing structures, with low rotational resistance and smooth operation, it can reduce the energy consumption of the conveyor.
