The Gobadi blockage and flow assistance system can improve the flow of bulk materials and avoid unexpected shutdowns caused by blockage, sedimentation, and rodent holes at the discharge port. Adopting a new valve design concept, it can provide stronger pressure, consume less air, and simplify installation and maintenance steps. The best method to maintain continuous flow of bulk materials when they accumulate in kilns, silos, coal boxes, hoppers, flow channels, and other equipment and stop flowing due to blockages and mouse holes. It is extremely effective for materials such as coal, cement, and aggregates, and the effect is better when they retain less moisture and become sticky.Only half of the air volume is needed to achieve high-speed output, thereby maximizing release intensity, achieving efficient release and reducing operating costs. Through special design, maintenance operations can be simplified. On the side of the box, the entire valve assembly can be easily removed in just one step. Replacement can be completed within a few minutes without interfering with normal production operations. No need to remove the tank from the container for maintenance, it can be placed in a smaller space. More power can be provided with less air, so a small air storage tank can be equipped, triggered by the positive air pressure emitted by the solenoid valve to prevent accidental release and injury to personnel or equipment damage. The control solenoid valve of the positive pressure triggered valve can be placed in any area within 200 feet of the box to ensure that the solenoid valve is not affected by harsh environments and difficult to maintain areas.
